Entry for students

Rodenstock gives students the opportunity to work as trainees in different divisions. You will be given intensive orientation in the work processes of your area of work, interesting tasks and optimum support. You will work on thrilling projects and handle sub-projects on your own. In the process, it is very important to us for you to be given an extensive overview of the structures, processes and culture of our company.

For work placement at Rodenstock, relevant technical knowledge is most desirable first of all. Additionally, you are ideally characterized by creativity and innovative thinking, and enjoy working independently and on your own authority in the team.
