The process is very simple


  1. You report the damage/loss of your progressive glasses and the necessary data (see your Rodenstock guarantee and service card) using the following input form.
  2. After a very short time, you will receive (depending on the duration of transport) two pair of glasses: Far vison glasses and reading glasses with your exact lens powers so that you can continue your journey with a clear view.
  3. You return this emergency set at your opticians shop when you pick up your new or repaired glasses. The optician simply sends us the emergency set back to Rodenstock.
