Apply for an eyeglass emergency set
Please note: Unfortunately, there may still be delivery delays due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions that are still limiting international logistics in some areas.
The process is very simple
- You report the damage/loss of your progressive glasses and the necessary data (see your Rodenstock guarantee and service card) using the following input form.
- After a very short time, you will receive (depending on the duration of transport) two pair of glasses: Far vison glasses and reading glasses with your exact lens powers so that you can continue your journey with a clear view.
- You return this emergency set at your opticians shop when you pick up your new or repaired glasses. The optician simply sends us the emergency set back to Rodenstock.
