Let there be Rock
As a worldwide licensee, Rodenstock is presenting
the continuation of the Rock Star Baby success story this
summer. With the new collection, Rock Star Baby is once again
highlighting the guiding principle that lay the foundations of
the brand’s success: blending the highest quality with the
casualness of Rock ‘n’ Roll into a cool product. Three new
sunglasses as well as two new correction frames, each in three
sizes, supplement the assortment of the lifestyle brand launched
in 2009 by Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres. Besides two stylish
sunglasses specifically for girls and ladies, the expanded Rock
Star Baby collection also has its functional side: All new Rock
Star Baby spectacles can be glazed with correction lenses, just
like the models presented in January.
Spectacles with a Star
Factor
The striking spectacles, each one in
three sizes, ensure a cool look for kids, youths and adults. For
example, the new T 1051-1053 sunglasses now also give stylish
mothers and daughters an unmistakable rock star look. The model
is made of durable polyamide and is captivating with its
glamorous size, a feminine curved lens shape and trendy, narrow
sides. Just like all Rock Star Baby sunglasses, this model is
also equipped with lenses made of shatterproof polycarbonate. In
addition, there are two metal sunglasses – the youth/men’s model
T1071-1073 and the girls/ladies spectacles T1061-1063 – in a
material mix with metal fronts and plastic sides that is
characteristic of Rock Star Baby. All sunglasses are kept in
typical rocker colours like black, grey, brown, and muted
mauve.
A New Vision of Rock ‘n’
Roll
The two new additions to the correction
models have convincing, stylish references: The plastic model
T4041-4043 in the colours black and brown is considered to be a
modern interpretation of hip nerd-chic. Tough on the outside,
soft on the inside – this rocker attitude is portrayed by the
T4051-4053 metal frame. It is a combination of a masculine
choice of materials – metal front and plastic sides – and
harmonious styling. In the colours black and silver/olive, it
fits in optimally with the faces of youth and men.
A cross as a side decoration and the
signature of Tico Torres on the inside of the sides ensure a
unique look for all Rock Star Baby spectacles.
The models of the expanded collection can be
ordered immediately from Rodenstock. They are delivered in
stylish soft cases.
