Test your retina
|
|
| Look at the image at the top from a distance of 30 cm. If
you wear reading glasses, you should put them on first. Do the test
with both eyes first, then with the left eye and the right eye
separately. Answer the following questions: |

| • | Look at the image at the top. Can you see the small black
square at the centre of the grid? |
| • | Fix your gaze on the square. Can you still see the whole grid? |
| • | Are all the lines of the grid parallel and black? |
|
|
| Repeat the test from time to time. If you answer No to one
or more questions, you should consult an eye care professional
immediately. It may be an indication of a pathological change to the
retina. |
